Smooth communication within a company often impacts employee productivity and the overall efficiency of the organization. Through the interactive design of office spaces, the aim is to improve interaction between different levels of the company, including gathering opinions and providing feedback, with the goal of increasing the efficiency and sensitivity of organizational communication and enhancing the working atmosphere within the company.

For companies, communication is an essential component of a dynamic and value-driven corporate culture and a key factor in making organizations more agile.In teams where communication is hindered by emotional factors, the teams are less efficient and less dynamic.

Change Phases in Organizations & The Valley of Tears
Any change, whether for individuals or the company, requires time and effort to adapt. We believe these changes will improve the company, so we aim to reduce the negative impact of change by creating a good communication platform.
The "Valley of Tears" refers to the challenges employees face during change, like uncertainty or fear. A good communication platform helps employees get through this tough phase, making the company stronger and more united.

To better understand the entire process, we created a storyboard. How does a member interact with "FLOW" while going about their daily activities in the company?

Solution
"FLOW" has four main interaction modules:

-I think…,
-How do you feel today?
-What if?
In the Success module, the system collects and analyzes daily data from across the company, such as feedback and comments from members and changes in employee mood. Once a certain amount of data has been collected, the AI organizes a meeting or small talk session. This improves the work atmosphere and overall company efficiency. Potential issues within the company can be identified and addressed more quickly, making work more flexible.
In the I think… module, members can make suggestions and provide feedback. Suggestions can be directed to the company or to another member. It's also worth noting that members can use this feature anonymously.
In the How do you feel today? module, the system collects data about members' moods. The color of the screen changes depending on the mood of the members. For example, if negativity increases within the company, the entire screen will turn blue.
In the What if? module, members can submit their new ideas and inspirations at any time. They can also invite other members to discuss or initiate a survey. This boosts enthusiasm for work within the company.
